...whaaaaaat!? That's right, I love it! It's addicting!
A good thing to be addicted to I say.
I love the feeling that I get when the workout is complete! Not the 'oh my goodness, I may just throw up,' queesy feeling that usually hangs around for about 15 mintues afterward, but the 'oh my goodness, did I really just do that...yes I did!!' feeling of awesomeness ;)
I'm doing pull-ups...and I actually like them! Granted I started off with a big resistance band, but I have graduated to a less resistant one and can feel myself getting stronger...
I'm able to go twice per week, although I wish I could go more! I usually take my wee ones and they hang out and cheer Mommy on, or sleep...
...but Baby girl is getting big fast and will be wanting to get into everything in no time, so I'll have to figure out what to do about that soon. For now though, I am LOVING CROSSFIT & loving that my kids are super awesome and tag along so Mommy can get her workout in.

Let me know what you think! Have you tried Crossfit? I have friends who have been at it for years and I'm kicking myself because I didn't give it a go sooner. I'm so glad I finally did, even though it was a bit scary. Ya never know wether you're going to like something until you try, right?
Or better yet, if you're trying to live by Eleanor Roosevelt's 'Do one thing everyday that scares you,' well...Crossfit should have you covered ;)
