Life & a Shop Update

Oh, I feel like it's been forever since I've checked in...what a whirlwind here lately!! 

Our annual Scrapfest weekend, school starting and trying to get adjusted to my girls being in three different schools at three different times, custom orders and trying to make new designs for the shop, getting big and uncomfortable and nesting all at the same time, yay (our kitchen cabinets, the closets and the poor basement didn't see it coming ;) 

We are 31 weeks and counting...won't be long now before we get to meet our new sweet girl!

I have been working on and adding some new things to the shop and wanted to share some with you before more life gets in the way...

They can all be found RIGHT HERE in my SHOP!  Please let me know if you need more of what is listed and I can add some more to the shop if I still have them.

Fawns, Shoes & Waffles, oh my...

It's my Birthday, so I'm doing what I want to do today :)

I woke up, fed the kiddos, showered, got back in my PJ's, and have been crafting all day!

I made a big crib blanket for the soon-to-be new babe over the weekend, so I made some burp cloths to match (not that they needed to match but I had fabric left over ;)  I'll have to share it with you after I get it out of the washer and dryer.

I ordered these fawn cabachons last week and they came yesterday, so I made these darling fabric embellishments for the shop...

We've been doing a little back-to-school shopping too, since my girls start back next week.  Our first born 'baby' starts middle school and I have mixed feelings about it.  I'm not ready for them to really 'grow up,' ya know?  But I think she'll really love it and do well with the transition.

You know my girls seem to have crazy shoe syndrome, like last year, and this year hasn't changed (wait 'til you see my oldests shoes)...

Saturday morning, I woke up early, hopped in the shower because softball season is upon us, and we had an early morning practice.  As I went into the bedroom to get dressed, this is what I found...

The mister and my sweetie pies had made me homemade waffles, fresh strawberries and a slice of maple syrup bacon with OJ on the side...yum!  It's not too often that this Mama gets to enjoy a breakfast in bed...so I threw on some clothes and dove in!  Early birthday breakfast...now that's what I'm talking about. 

Tonight, they are taking me out to a delicious dinner and I can't wait!  Love that family of mine.

Starry Night Crown, Eat Me & GeoFloral Cupcake Toppers

I can't believe I haven't stopped in to post for a month!!  I have missed you...and appreciate the e-mails and messages checking in to see how I'm doing.  We are good actually, and have some exciting news to share real soon!

Until then, though, I thought I'd share some new items in the shop.

This 'Starry Night' crown was inspired by a customer who wanted a crown for her baby boys first birthday and I loved it so much, I thought I'd give you a chance to own one too...

 These 'GeoFloral' Pinwheel Cupcake Toppers would be great for a teenagers birthday party, or any kind of get together really...

I have a friend from college who is getting married soon, yay!  She contacted me about making some custom cupcake toppers for her wedding....half with hers & the grooms names with a glittered heart and the date of the wedding, and half 'Eat Me.'  I loved these so much, I knew I'd have to add some to the shop (who doesn't love some Alice in Wonderland inspiration?)...

I've got good intentions and lots of new supplies to make many more new things for the shop.  Now...let's see if I can gather up some energy and motivation to do so ;)  Will keep ya posted.
