Vintage Flower Brooch Love

And since I don't have any flowers in the house right now, I am showering myself with vintage flowers ;)  I love them and am going on a search today for some more, so I am a happy lady!

I also have a weakness for vintage flowers, they colors... oh it's lovely I hope you find a whole bouquet of them!

That quote is PERFECTION. and the brooch aint half bad either chica!

Annnd, i gave Patti her sweet package on Friday, with my custom-ordered birdie with butterfly wings- she LOVED HER. Absolutely swooned. She said you had no idea how much she needed cheering up!

She loved the earrings and ring too-it just so happens she's a polka dot girl! (Which i didnt know!)

One of my favorite quotes!!! And I too love vintage flower brooches! I keep them in a box and really should take them out and wear them!!

A Whale of a Time :) As much as I hate to admit it...I don't know many things. I don't know why baby girl runs around swinging her arms as far back as possible... ...but it's kinda funny and she's extra cute because of it :) I don't know why she insists on 'cuuuuudd' every night when I put her to bed, but I love it and always give in (and I'm glad she does because this won't last forever :( I don't know why whining has to be a childhood stage (yes, we have a 5 year old in full force). I don't know why...

Homemade Chimichurri Marinade & Dressing As I've mentioned before, I'm all about growing my own herbs, fruits, and veggies (even though I still have a lot to learn ;) Every time I make a recipe that calls for fresh herbs, I end up spending too much on a big batch from the market, and then half of it goes to waste. Plus, having the girls help plant, water, and pick the herbs is a lot of fun and actually encourages them to eat them too... ...this pot has my favorite herb, cilantro, in it...along with parsley, basil, oregano, and those are actually two pea stalks...
