Vintage Girls Frolicking Finds ~ Week 4

This week, the V girls are inspired by anything that has to do with summer-time fun and birthday parties (since we have a wee baby turning 2 any day now ;)

We've got oodles to pack still and it's coming down to crunch time, so we'll keep it short and sweet this week (click on the picture to go to the listing)!

Who doesn't love a good dose of monster fun...

...or a good ol' weaving loom...

 

...or clothespin dolls (we love making and playing with these)...

 

And of course anything home related, since we're moving in a week (aaaahhhh ;)...

 

This is the tweetest pinata I've ever seen...

And you know we can't resist some forest friends baby love...

 

We actually snagged a set of these this week because they are so kitschy and cute, but I can't decide if I should save them for a party of craft with them...decisions, decisions...

 

We also, snagged some of these (perfect for those summer time get-togethers)...

Jamie, where have I been? Congrats on your move! So cool. I love all your finds! I would love to hear more about the weave loom. What can you make with it? It looks like something right up my alley!

Thanks for sharing all your finds-I bought two things this week-A chair and a new dresser for my walk in closet. We decided not to sell our house so I decided I was going to change everything in it (not all at once/slowly) I'm pretty excited about it!

Loving that loom! I never thought of using fabric- hmmmm.... Where did you find it? The clothespin dolls are so sweet, too! Did you use regular clothespins or do you need to buy a kit? My new favorite finds have been Silly Bandz (the girls love them!) and a darling new owl tote bag from Borders! I bought it as a gift but I may have to keep it.:) Lori

Yes Robin, they are real paper! I love them too :) They have them in blue and green and red too...I wanted them all but have been trying to behave myself with this move and all ;) Party pictures will surely ensue (although you may see some boxes in the background ;)...
