Hanging with Julie Prichard in San Diego I haven't gotten around to telling you about one of my awesomely fun days in San Diego, but today is the day! This super duper cool chick, Julie, who blogs over at The Land of Lost Luggage, came to my resort, picked me up and showed me around San Diego (thank you again ;). We had chatted online, but never met in person...so it was really neat to get to meet an 'online friend,' and hit it off. We were having such a good time, that we almost tripled the time we intended to spend touring the city, tee hee....

Matryoshka Nesting Dolls I have been obsessed with Matryoshka Dolls lately! So when I saw gift wrap at Paper Source over the weekend, I immediately knew that I had to have it. Not to wrap a present, but to make something with it of course... So I came up with these cards, and stuck a set in the shop. I distress inked the white cardstock in 'Broken China,' glimmer misted the doily's in 'Pink Bubblegum', hand cut the dolls, and sewed them to the cards to add a bit of texture... And here is a set of tags I made with a set...
